How do I change my password?

If you need to change your password, please follow this link in order to reset your password. You can add the email address linked to your bike and you will then receive a password retrieval email shortly after.

How do I connect my app to two different scooters?

It is currently only possible to connect one scooter with one email address. In order to use another scooter on your app, we kindly ask you to log out from your app and sign up on the app with another email address. You will then be able to switch from one scooter to the other by logging out from one email address and signing in with the other one, depending on which scooter you would like to use.

Can I use my scooter with another email address?

Each scooter is linked with one email address.

If your email address has changed, we kindly ask you to send us an email using the email address linked with your scooter so we can update your email address in the system.

How do I share my scooter with someone else?

You can easily share your scooter with friends and family. To achieve this, they can download the app and log in with your email address and password. One scooter can only be connected to one account so be careful not to create a new account.

One important point to keep in mind is that only one device can be connected via bluetooth to the scooter at the same time. In order to make sure that the bluetooth connection works, it is necessary to first disconnect the connected phone before connecting the next one. Make sure to log out from one phone before using another.

Can I use another phone to connect with my scooter?

You can definitely use another phone to connect with your scooter. To do so, you can download the Riley Scooters App on the other phone and log in using your credentials. We suggest to first log out from the first device to ensure a smooth connection on the other phone.

I already own a Riley Scooters scooter and just received a new one. How do I connect to the new scooter?

You can un-link your current scooter from your email address from your Riley Scooters app. Simply click on Settings (4th button) > Other > Reset Scooter & App Preferences.

How do I resell my scooter to someone else?

You can un-link your current scooter from your email address from your Riley Scooters app. Simply click on Settings (4th button) > Other > Reset Scooter & App Preferences.

I want to permanently delete my account, what should I do?

To delete your account, use the "Delete Account" functionality within the app.

Watch out: All your data, including rides, and scooters will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
