Does the Riley Scooters Team have access to more information about my scooter's position?

No, all information that the scooter is able to provide is displayed directly in the app. The Riley Scooters team has no further information than you do. As soon as your scooter has an updated location, you will be the first to know through the app. You don't have to contact the team to make sure that you have the latest information on your scooter.

What happens if the thief tries to use the scooter?

The thief will not be able to use the app or unlock the scooter because they will need your username and password to connect to the bike. If they contact us, we will immediately see that this is your score and that it has been stolen, and we will contact you right away.
